2010 Jr. A T-Men

Sat. April 24, 5:00pm at NIC is the first game of the year. Against Coquitlam no less, the hosts of the MINto Cup this year. I'm guessing this is the team to beat this year, just like last year.

Is this the year they show they are the team to watch? New coaches, HC Dave Bremner, Nirmal Dhillon and Kyle Couling. Must say that is impressive. Sure hope it helps turn them into winners because going to the games all the time I want to see more W's than L's.

Must admit than when they do play well they are the most fun to watch. And I just paid $120 for a season pass to watch all the Jr. A and Sr. A games. At $6 a game it doesn't hurt so much when they shit the bed. I paid more than that for popcorn at the show.

Well the Jr. A T-Men had a good season opener but fell short losing 12-11 in OT
Adanacs are supposed to be the team to beat this year and looks like the local boys are going to be neck and neck with them if they play like that. Great game to watch overall but the 2nd sucked a bit. Nanaimo dominated the third, fast game and big hits for both sides.

I checked the box score out on bcjunioralacrosse.com and was disappointed that I had to work Saturday night. Looked like it was a good game.

It was a good start to their season even if it was an OT loss. Coquitlam is ranked 2nd in Canada and to be with them for most of the game shows some character for the T-Men.........finally! They also followed that up with a 7-6 win over Delta and a 11-2 win over PoCo. Best start since joining the league. I saw the game against PoCo and I liked what I saw. The reffing sucked and just about lost control but the local boys did not back down when PoCo tried to get shitty and handed out some of their own
